The dream is dead. RE: Revelations coming to 360/WiiU/PS3/PC.

…Uh, I’m pretty sure that means the dream is alive, not dead.

ah joy ! i was looking forward to playing this game.

PS3 or PC. I’m so torn on which platform to play Revelations on.

I dont know if you guys are still playing this but since they added “No Hope” mode …basically a 1 hit death mode shit has gotten incredibly real. That PLUS Agent Hunt.

Lmao. I’m playing with this girl right now about to rip my eyes out. This is damn near impossible. Dark Souls hard. Like this shit is HARD.

Just imagine actual people controlling the enemies. If you thought the enemies were dumb and stupid, play No Hope mode with Agent Hunt on. There are people who play this mode as enemies just to troll you. I cant describe how painful this mode is if you arent really good in this game. I’m enjoying the challenge a little.

If you get grabbed, consider yourself dead unless your partner is nearby. The segments where there are swarms may god be with you. There are 3 guys who have been in my match for the last hour constantly spawning as enemies trying to kill us.

^Yeah I really didn’t like RE6. After enough time has gone by that is my conclusion. RE5 anaconda gripped my ass for weeks and more once the DLC came out. Meanwhile RE6 was more like a chore and everything added was too little too late. I’m glad that you are finding enjoyment out of it but I think I’m done with this game.

Come on Revelations with your unique Raid mode, customizable weapons, creepy setting and slower paced combat!

I didnt have online the first time. Played completely alone. Now I have online and the upgrades are out…you can select sub-chapters now, no more playing an entire segment.

It really transforms in this mode IMO. I currently have no bullets. I have a fucking knife. I’ll die in 2 hits or less, I have 1 herb tablet.

Feels like a Resident Evil game again.

You know, it’s obvious at this point that RE6 isn’t a true RE expirience, but as a game in itself I actually enjoyed it. It was entertaining, and that’s that. Doesn’t really have that much replay value, but I’d say it was worth the 30 bucks I spent on it. What didn’t really make sense to me though…

Spoiler

…is, who exactly that woman was that had to do with Simmons? What was her purpose? Why did she look like Ada? I’m confused.

^Maybe you should play all 4 campaigns.

I did. Played and beat.

If you did then your question about the “mysterious” woman was answered. Did you pay attention at all during the campaign?

Oh my fucking god

I’ll just use google. Lol.

Martian you damn noob.

The answer is in the files damn it!

Carla was Simmons protege and researcher who perfected the C-virus. Simmons was turned down over 10 years ago by Ada so he used Carla to create a clone of Ada but after many tries failed. After the C-virus was perfected, due to Jake’s blood being a key agent in being able to control the “mutation” in the desired format he took Carla without her will, infected her with the C-virus, she turned into a cocoon and mutated into his love, Ada Wong. He then used the clone Ada to do his bidding.
