I’m personally quite hyped for Miharu, I’m gonna run Asuka/Miharu.

Will update OP with more information as they come.

[details=Spoiler]
Here is my current set of Miharu/Xiaoyu TA! juggles. Most of ‘em are interchangeable with any girl starting it so I will label the combo sections for them with Xiru and Miyu.
Whenever I use F>+2,1,4, it means hold forward until your character to takes a step and then continue with the ~2,1,4 power string. Also, f,f,F, N~f+1+2 means run forward to do a f+1+2 shoulder finish, but release the controller briefly for a neutral frame in order to avoid accidently whiffing with a f,f,f+1+2 cross chop dive.

The first set can be used for full anti-Red Bar juggles if you don’t ~5 B! back to the point character (does less damage of course). Let me begin with a combo using a new discovery: Miharu’s d/f+1~f+1 is a taggable juggle starter:

Partial anti-Red Bar TA! juggles

Miha d/f+1~f+1~5, Xiao SSR f,f+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Miha F>+2,1,4, Xiao f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 87
Xiru d/f+2~1~5, Miyu d/f+2_D/F+1, XMTS~5 B!, F>+2,1,4, Xiru f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 83
Xiru RDS 4~5, Miyu b+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, F>+2,1,4, Xiru f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 86
Xiru u/b+3+4~5, Miyu b+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, F>+2,1,4, Xiru f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 95
Xiru WS+2°~5, Miyu b+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, F>+2,1,4, Xiru f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 96
Xiru RDS f+3+4,3+4, RDS f+3+4,3+4~5, Miyu b+2, RDS 2~2~5 B!, F>+2,1,4, Xiru f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 88
Xiru CH AoP 1+2, 5, Miyu f,f+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 92
Xiru CH RDS 1, RDS 4~ 5, Miyu d/f+2_D/F+1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 105

Pure TA! Juggles

Miyu SS+3, b+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 91
Miyu HYP 3+4, f,f+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 94
Miyu u/f+3, b+2, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 76
Miyu RDS u/f+4, b+3, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 92
Miyu f,f,F+3, AoP 1,2, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 83
Miyu CH SS+4, WS+2, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = 88

Miyu RDS d+4, WS+2, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = ??
Miyu <ground 3 sweep>, WS+2, RDS 2,1, XMTS~5 B!, Xiru F>+2,1,4, Miyu f,f,F, N~f+1+2 = ??

I’ll update the damage for the last two later.[/details]

 I wonder if she has tag stuff with Panda and Alisa. Hmmmm.

Yes, she does. Tag Throws and all.

On the other side, Miharu is like TTT2’s Shuma - some of her unique moves involv her Taunting in the end of the animation - making stuff pretty punishable even on hit.

Also, her unique command throw is the best one of the game.

I’m having a lot of fun with Miharu myself!

Holy crap her boobs physics makes less sense than anime boobs. They jiggle in every move. She seems good though. Her command hrab apparently really good.

Indeed.

Levelupyourgame’s overview of Miharu, starts at about 14:00ish

How would I know Fergus would run this thread?

Sakura?

Every character I play in every fighting game ever?

I can’t resist the moe!

I know the feels

Miharu is certainly going to be a recurring character for me. I do like playing Miharu slightly better than playing Xiaoyu - both of which can easily be a devious team for obvious reasons. As of TTT2, I like how Miharu’s (and Xiaoyu’s) Rain Dance movement have some increased evasiveness. Very nice. A good way of dodging linear moves and then capitalizing accordingly from that stance.
I do find Miharu’s b+4,4 to be useful for punishing slow recovery moves on guard but not quite as… damaging as Xiaoyu’s and both of kicks hit high but it seems to have slightly less recovery that Xiaoyu’s version… (Xiaoyu’s b+4 hits mid and still combos after the first hit but should the opponent guard the move, it is -11 on guard, so just using it as a punish after a laggy move will suffice).
The game plan for Miharu seems to be more or less the same, but with multiple aspects to take into account… like Miharu Unlimited (which does a pretty generous amount of damage) for example. As stated before in the OP… Miharu also seems to have some longer reach than a few of Xiaoyu’s move, such as the df+2~1. Some safer moves would include things like ff,4 (+1 on guard though its start ups is a bit laggy it can easily be used for combo finishing purposes), db+3 (fast, does no damage but hits low provides the user with a good set-ups (+3 on guard)… 3 (while crouching)2 is safe on guard is exactly 0 frames on guard. Sense Xiaoyu is known for providing a very good mix-up game, Miharu can get away with such moves as well.
… Here is Xiaoyu’s frame data - Granted, Miharu definitely has other moves at her disposal but this could be utilized as some sort of guide for moves that they share. Should there be frame data on Miharu, I’m sure it will be provided soon.

(Other than this, just resort to using the videos and information from the OP as a guide to help you adjust to game play properly and play well).

On a side note, Miharu’s reactions are so cute. Especially her intro.

Updated OP with Xiaoyu/MIharu combos.

I don’t know how to get rid of that first spoiler, I only put in one spoiler, it’s annoying me a bit.

A stance primer would be nice, by the way. New players probably have no idea what they mean, let alone the notation for performing them.

Done, if there’s any terms I left out, let me know.

Also, somehow got rid of that spoiler tag, woooo!

This accurately describes my online session today

This Miharu player is pretty good, there’s more videos of him on that channel.

So, personally I don’t think she’s better than Ling, but goddamn she’s too cute to not play.
