I have a 3rd Strike arcade board that isn’t working. Capcom USA & Japan said no deal, and Betson had no success with the repair either. Hanna Ho has not got back to me in months.
Any suggestion for getting my board running again?

Idk, just buy OE, same thing.
If you have a Japanese board then you can fix it but cannot deal with Capcom directly.
If you have an any other region you are kinda fucked.
Did you contact the eBay guy? Supposedly he can turn dead carts into Asian region.
Worst case scenario, just wait until cps3 is fully cracked. Should be soon.

Topic starts depressing, Capcom US we expect wouldn’t do jack, not even liaison thru Capcom Japan, for customers benefit, regular customer service. Cap Japan serves their own really well, or you find the right people to mediator your Japan region cart/board/battery.
Could be good news on that front as stated.
