Hi all.
I just wanted to thank you for your input, and for being apart of our first tourney.
I know some of you were not at the Gamer Committee Meetings and we will try to schedule them so that those of you who would like to attend can be apart. At the meeting I tried let everyone know that this would be a trial tourney for us being that me in particular had never been apart of one, and that after the tourney we would go over what worked and what did not.
I apologize for the button problems. You are right there is no excuse for that. It will not happen in the future. I want all of you to know that I am here to listen and make this arcade your arcade. If something isn’t working or you have an idea you would like to see happen, or you don’t like the direction something is going in please let me know and I will do my best to fix it.
Rob, Please help me to understand how we can run the best tournaments possible. If you can host the next one I would really appreciate it. From what I hear you know what you are doing and are one of the best. ( I could really use your expertice).
At the next meeting we will go over the tourney in detail. We will be having the next meeting Thur. June 10th at 5pm I hope all of you who can will attend.

I really appreciate this post, and I’m glad to know that we have such an excellent manager working at the arcade now. 
I’ll probably be down there with the rest of the guys today for some gaming practice, and since I won’t be able to make it Thursday, I’ll see if we have a sort’ve mini-meeting.

We have to kick it into high gear, people! We have a GGXX machine we can all meet at, it works and it’s open 24/7!
We only have a little while longer, guys! I know I’ve fallen off, giving into the temptation that is IIDX… but I’m gonna start practicing hardcore once more, so we can reach that next level! Maybe the Atlantis can help us out by putting GGXX in a bigger cabinet, or moving the machines so we can get huge crowds going or something… Whatever it takes to get people to show up and play more!
This also goes out to all crews that read this thread other then Reno… come down to play us! As long as you give us advance notice, we should be able to meet up and practice!
I’m going to be at Atlantis all day, as long as there is comp. I’ll play nothing but Slayer aswell. (Wow, this is going to be tough. >_<!)

Ok… I decided to go to the Atlantis meeting today…
A lot was discussed today…
Tournament:
-there was some confusion with how the pot was gonna split… so we came up with a decent idea to how it was gonna work…
$5 Entry Fee = all of it will be in the pot…
$1 Atlantis Fee = a fee they keep and will later distribute them into tokens…
I think this was fair and not create any confusion for the gamers…
There was a lot put on the table and I think the next meeting they will look through it and decide where to go with it…
Tourney location, what games, what games to get, promotion, possible console tourney, etc etc…
a lot of great ideas…
They really wanna make it great and I hope upper management will allow them to do it…
as for #r they said they’ve ordered it and they’re still waiting for it… so i hope it’ll come soon…

hey kugz…yeah that girl that yuki played in video 5…yea that combo…i realized…she has an ex airgrab…thats why that combo i possible…it isnt hard timing at all like a retarded monkey could do it…man i got it up to 9k dmg before your meter runs out. why she can do that is because she completely sucks otherwise…she has no air links and shes pretty slow…

Would there be anyway of hooking up a TV (one of the random ones floating above the games) to display what is happening in a game for a tournament? I ask, because it is hard with 16 people to see a clear picture of what is going on. This is not something I expect you to do or anything, more of a curiosity.
They should take out the tvs and put in a radio or something anyway. They don’t play anything decent, and when they do you can’t hear it… Maybe just hook up a PA system and let Yacono do blow by blow comentary.
