Atlantis was cool. Saved money by playing CVS as opposed to gambling. Silver Legacy has CVS also…too many kids there, though. Sad to not see any players…maybe like 5 dudes, most of which weren’t from Nevada. Ah well, maybe next time. GGPO.

I already know #R is going to be in, and couldn’t care less which version is used. I have both the X-Box and PS2 version, plus the PC and we have the arcade version; AKA EVERY AVAILABLE VERSION. Not that there’s differences anyway.
Games I predict:
CvS2, CFJ, MvC2, 3S, #R, T5, TTT
Also, why not get excited? It’s going to happen, more then likely at the same place as last year.
Only thing that worries me about X-Box version is the whole converter issue. Which ones work well with which sticks and what not? :o That shizzle is gonna suck.
There is no convertor for 360’s, first and foremost. Only non-powered joysticks will work, and they have perfect convertors (JC’s adaptor is perfect for a japanese / 8-way stick). So that means us J-stickers are the fucking champs yet again. :tup:

Why not get excited about Evo??? HMM considering if Joe doesn’t go, we don’t have a way or means of transportation again to go ANYWHERE (food, etc.). We always run into this problem, and guess what, experience is nice and all, but again, it’s another tournament and nothing you should go OOHHH and AHHH about.

From what I remember, you need to be 25 years old to do that. Out of the crew, who’s over 25 again besides Joe???..show of hands…oh right, none. Me and Rob are the closest one to that age (24) and still then, 1 year short=no rent a car. Gotta remember that.

It’d probably cheaper (and less stressful… that’s one helluva drive) to get plane tickets than rent a car (providing everyone isn’t going to Evo) and paying for gas. IIRC, that’s about a 500 mile drive. o_0 That’d be 100 miles from Reno to I-5 and then about 400 miles from the I-5/80 interchange to LA. That’s a shit load of driving.
This year I’ll make sure to try to spend more time with you guys at Evo. I was sad I wasn’t able to hang with you guys more since we stayed at seperate hotels.
