Out of curiousity, do you still plan on having brackets done and posted early?
will the European players that were in BOD be able to register at the discounted rate, since they were unsure of who was going to be able to attend? Or are they getting totally comped for their winning BOD? Also could they enter other games that they were not automatic qualifiers in at the discounted ( early registration fee)?

Do I need to print anything out in order to get my badge, or do I just sign my name when I get there or something? I wasn’t quite sure on if I needed to print my Paypal receipt out or not.

If you registered you should be on the list already and all you need to do is show up and sign. However, it is suggested that you bring a receipt just incase to show that you have indeed paid. It’s not a nessesity, but it covers your ass if something is screwy. Also, (even though its my first year) I would suggest getting your badge/pools assignment Thurs night. Evo starts at 9 in the morning with T5: DR, and if by chance you are entering that, I’m sure it would suck to miss it because you were too lazy to pick everything up the night before.
I believe DevilJin said around 8pm on Thurs doors would open to let people get their badge/pools.
