So just to clarify since Wiz said “there will be no spectator fee”, if I am planning to show up to play in the Guilty Gear side tournament, and play some casuals but wont enter any of the official evo tournaments, I dont need to register right? I can still get into the BYOC room without having a badge?

Refund Policy: All tournament registrations are final, and no refunds will be awarded for any reason. If you have an error in your registration which you need corrected, e-mail the registration administator for assistance.
It’s explained pretty much every year that u don’t get your money back for any Evo events. Unfortunately change of plans doesn’t count as an error. Don’t pay unless u know ur going with no possible chance of exceptions except a life crisis. Cuz Evo will take yo money.
I know personally that people have gotten refunds from previous Evolutions.
I wasn’t really going to say anything…but I’m sure people have gotten around things and gotten there money back. At first I was even going to say that you still might have a chance of getting ur money back. I’m just saying according to the rules you’re not supposed to get your money back. Just PM Mr.Wiz and see what he says. I’m just saying if things don’t work out…technically it is a stated rule that you can’t get money back.
^^^ True. Mr.Wiz is coming down hard with the rules hammer this year. This is not like years before where people can just walk in to Evo at the last minute and say they wanna play in a tourney or they want their money back and all of this stuff. Guilty Gear got kicked out of Evo for a reason…no more wishy washy shit at Evo. You gotta be serious about it or just not come. You also have to have the internet and a credit card or a very nice friend who has one or both of the mentioned things. :lol:
Check ur email for a receipt for the payment. Print it out…go to Evo.
There should be a registered list by the end of July just like every year. Registration started mad late this year for whatever reason so we may not see any real results till then.
