Yeah I was there on Friday and the sticks/buttons for all 3 MvC2s and CvS2 seriously need to be changed, esp before the tournament this weekend. It sounds like it’s gonna be really bomb with a lot of people showing, but it’s gonna be real disappointing if everyone’s playing at like half their ability.

i think they gotta’ not only replace the sticks and button, but maybe rewire with some new stuff. from what i hear sometimes, it’s not that the sticks are busted, but the wires might be fuckin’ up.
but yeah, ggxx is gonna’ be on a big cab, but is that a good thing? the parts work good on that little cab. 
thing is, the buttons are hella close to the sticks and imo the screens to close…
yes, i hope ya’ll fix them sticks before the day of the tournament. i will probably ask someone who goes on friday night if the sticks are okay. if not, i don’t think i’d want to make it.

i went over today and looked over the sticks on the middle marvel machine.
It seems that the stick on the left side was off-center and a bit low, so the low diagonals would be hard to find. They’re centered and i tried them out and never missed a diagonal block and was able to triangle jump. buuuuuut i don’t play marvel so i’m not 100% sure on how well they’ll work come tournament time. Any marvel players wanna try it out?
GGXX will be, either on the cab that 3rd Strike is on, or on the Samurai showdown cab.
The big screens, those will be out and replaced, as soon as they can get a hold of some more showcase cabinets.

usually i don’t feel comfortable on the big screen, but today i was reliant on the sticks and they didn’t let me down…
so it’s good in my book.
