What about the screen stretch? Can anything be done about that?
Supposedely from what they tell me, the knob doesn’t work anymore, some kind of damage from cab board. Though I got some competition joysticks, the 8 way switch joy’s, I thought about taking out the 360’s and put them in lol I put them into the KOF98, 02’ Sam2-4 cab and they work like magic.
Anyways I’ll take a look myself right now at the 3S cab to see, just because.
EDIT: Yeah, it doesn’t work. The Cabinet Switches that control the horizontal and vertical positioning aren’t responding to any movement through the knobs. I guess they were telling the truth about it.
how about really fixing up the wiring on the right stick instead of taking the alfred approach and just jiggling them?

Any chance of swapping the CVS2 cab with the 3S one? Deciphering meter quantities in CVS2 isn’t dependent on being able to see the outer edges of the screen.
Or is the sound fucked up with that cab?

I did mess with it prior to yesterday… but that was on the left side, replaced it with a new stick (not base though) The right side wasn’t this bad from what I remember but it only takes a split second for something else to fuck up I suppose.
CVS2’s Cabinet has no sound, swapping doesn’t sound too bad of an idea though but anyways, I’ll attempt to cry a river to Mr.Som to see if that’ll do anything to get a new monitor for 3S.
IF anything I will change both 360’s today. Should be swapped out with new ones by 1:00pm today, and maybe give the cabinet a shoot shake and hopefully everything magically not stretch out on the screen so much. Or I’ll cut a little piece of paper and write “EX Onry” on the super meter <_< That’ll solve everything right? right?

You cannot see when you have meter at all. And you have to randomly guess when your bar is glowing if you really have meter or simply half a meter good enough for EX.
