Also, I won three champ mode thingys today in G2 after a week of not playing, so I was pretty happy about that. Only need two more and I’m even with G2 Finals wins and losses. Another nice thing is that all but a few of my rounds today ended with me having nearly full stamina and beating the other person

Yep, I had been getting a LOT of compliments from my play the last few weeks, but playing last night I already had 3 messages along those lines. Fuckin scrubs.
Ugh, I swear, people are so ignorant. Guys just don’t understand that yes, people WERE playing Sak way before EVO, but of course, they just jump to conclusions and figure that we all just rip off the one guy we’ve seen on “TV”. I mean, what the hell? Where’s the respect, huh? I suppose we should all just magically play our Saks with some imaginary custom style or something like that?

Hey, enjoy it while it lasts. Those of us that have been playing her for a while will have an edge over the people picking her up now, so take the easy mirror wins. I’m sure a lot will switch back to their sagats soon enough.

yeah seriously. before EVO i’d get compliments that my sakura was pretty good but now its just ridiculous. every hard match i win i get some kind of msg saying that im copying sabre and what not. ah well, its still fun playing her even with all the hate. they’re just jealous that they lost to sakura

I’m pretty sure the new Sakura players will be disapointed because they won’t be able to spam shoryu.
The learning curve is pretty slow with her, guys who will change main character because of Evo are looking for easy winning game, I’m not sure they will stick up with her.

Fought my first bandwagon Sak last night. Fell victim to my own Sakura, Dictator, and my constant exploitation of her weaknesses.
He dced when I tatsu > dash > ultra for the finisher.
He even left me some lovely hate mail.
I’m not sure if I want to play Online with Sakura for now.
