Even my friends who’ve been known I play sak tease me with those sabre comments…until I take their fight money, haha!
Has there ever been such a spike in character popularity before? I mean, I thought it was common knowledge to know what the other characters could do so you would be able to counter better, but folks are acting like sakura was a DLC-type character they’ve never seen before.
We should pull the whole Spartacus thing when someone accuses use of biting…

Anyways, I have 5v5 regional tourney and I’m probably going to stick with her through it. Lately I’ve been having my doubts but I’m going to try my best I guess.
I think those numbers it gives you are quite misleading. You never know how many people are like me and set it to not show when you’re online when they signed up which means they don’t get counted.
Of course the ratio of hidden to not hidden is probably the same for each character so Sakura still gets less love than most. It could be worse though - we could be Gen players…

I have to agree with Blue, I dont bother with ranked or CE at all. Player matches ftw and even those can be annoying. I dont mean the person I am playing, but the online part of it. Sucks when you are doing your links and out of no where comes the dragon punch because your link broke but thanks to delay you didnt know. Orrrrrrrrrrrr when you walk up to bait the random ultra or DP and it still hits you… :annoy:
Seeing an Asian girl at McDonalds made me want to go home and play some SFIV. As Sakura. Yellow fever strikes again… lol It was interesting since my area isn’t very diverse. On a serious note:
Since the whole EVO/Saber thing I haven’t found many still who play Sakura. Maybe they went back to Ryu…

Honestly, I was playing around with the thought of switching character to someone easier but they’re just no fun compared to Sak.
What’s with SF and charge characters anyway? They’re like half the rooster.

I have also been experimenting with a new character, I still don’t find her as fun as Sakura, but its a hell of alot easier to win while using chun li, I will still always be a Sakura faithful, but at the same time at least now I wanna start getting into 3rd Strike lol anyone know if they ever plan on releasing 3s for the XBLarcade?
