Calhzydar - Guile (US?) - A very good Guile
zan7ia6o - Ryu/Akuma (Ecuador) - This is the best all around Ryu player I’ve seen. His secondary character (Akuma) is nearly as tough.

@Bagelobo we can try test our connection later, not sure what your timeframe is but considering I play really early in the morning during UK time I won’t be shocked if it’s actually a decent hour in your time.
I won’t hang around if it’s too laggy, however, nobody finds that fun 
List has now been revamped and fully edited into Alphabetical Order based on “LOCATION”, listing GFWL Tag - Character.
This may or may not have caused type-o’s or errors and any player who was suggested and not given at least a 95% certain location has been put under ??? - It’s safe to assume that going by the old list, the majority of the ??? players are said to likely be from the US but that is not a guarantee.
Two more:
Unomia - United States: an excellent keyboard Balrog player. Made it very tough for me to get in with Honda.
Chendew11 - United States: a good Cammy player whom I’ve played a lot of ranked matches with.
Feel free to add me to the list as well: Brisbrain, western Canada. I’m decent with Honda and below-average with Fuerte. I’ve had some good matches with C2Q recently, but the intermittent lag does get annoying.

RedPhoton (East Coast): Solid Gief and Guile, but his Blanka is just ridiculous.
rufreck (Canada): Extremely good Ryu
Tassadarmaster (US): IIRC he mains Bison, I’ll ask him next time. Regardless he’s one of the top PC players around.
Brisbrain (Canada): Solid Honda, excellent opponent.

Can you believe I still haven’t been able to find Bottlecapsis around? I want to find out what his Gouken’s got, but trying to find him’s a bitch and a half.
When’s he usually on?
I don’t see him on as much anymore, but he used to be on quite often at night, maybe around 10:30 to 12, my time.
I seem to remember playing him in the evenings also. I think he has moved on to playing Cammy now, so you’ll prolly have to bug him to get him to play Gouken. His Cammy really needs work…
