Hello All,
I am looking for some(upload://rLsBhtN4nipjWJjcuy2doZy0tpB.png) help; hoping someone can assist me in some manner. I have a HORI Real Arcade Pro VX for Xbox 360, and I am trying to repurpose the stick. I have a bad PCB for the Panel (Guide Button and Turbo Switches), and was wondering if someone knew of a place to purchase a replacement part, or if someone had the part / that stick for parts I could pay for.
Thanks for your Time,
AtomskTPK
I’d be very surprised if you can find a replacement part of any sort; I don’t think anyone who used that stick would be not using that part, and there aren’t any replacement parts available.
That being said, why is it a “bad PCB”? As far as I can recall, the sub-PCBs are all just electrical contacts; there’s no actual components on it (other than the Home button LEDs), so almost any problem can be fixed/solved with the proper rewiring and resoldering…

If you look at the PCB, one of the contacts was damaged at some point and solder will not stick to one of the contacts.
Follow the trace and carefully solder and secure a thin wire to the trace; then solder the other end of the wire to the header’s pin.
Was the soldering done on the PCB without removing it from the casing?.. There’s all sorts of burn and melting marks on the plastic near the header pins.
