So I watched Fizzykups fight Fanatic on the Revelations Stream and his team made me remember a Frank level up combo I was trying to figure out back when I played Nemesis. I hit the lab and found this out just for him:

Just replace the jumping tools H with picture.

Not sure if people know about this, but Nemesis got an x-factor combo thats pretty easy and kills Captain America and under. Just in case you don’t want to dick around with resets and you just want to kill a character as fast as you can. There are a bunch of variations that do the same, less or more damage so bare with me.

Midscreen:

cr. :l:, cr. :m:, cr. :h: xxx :qcf: :l:, dash, st. :m:, st. :h: xxx :dp: :m: XFC, Jump, j. :m:, j. :m:, j. :h:, land, st. :m:, :s:, super jump. sj. :m: :m: :h: :s:, land, :qcf: + :atk: :atk:

Does 1.05 million damage. Kills Cap and anybody with lower health that him. This is the easiest variation. The toughest thing here is landing the st. :m: after the j. :h:. Works on all sizes (tested on Rocket Raccoon, Wolverine, Tron, Sentinel and Captain America). Works weird on Tron and possibly MODOK. You have to wait a split second after the XFC before doing the j. :m:.

Corner:

cr. :l:, cr. :m:, cr. :h: xxx :qcf: :l:, (wait a second) st. :m:, st. :h: xxx :dp: :m: XFC, Jump, j. :m:, j. :m:, j. :h:, land, st. :m:, :s:, super jump. sj. :m: :m: :h: :s:, :qcf: + :atk: :atk:

Same damage as the midscreen one, but tricky if you don’t time the st. :m: after the clothesline correctly. Make sure st. :m: hits the chest. After that, should be fine. Works on medium and big size characters. Same deal with Tron and possibly MODOK.

Corner (small characters):

cr. :l:, cr. :m:, cr. :h: xxx :qcf: :l:, (wait a second) cr. :m:, st. :h: xxx :dp: :m: XFC, Jump, j. :m:, j. :m:, j. :h:, land, st. :m:, :s:, super jump. sj. :m: :m: :h: :s:, :qcf: + :atk: :atk:

Small characters, like Rocket Raccoon and Wolverine, instead of the st. :m: after the clothesline, do cr. M, because the launcher slam will miss. You miss out on 2k of damage, but you [S]not gonna find many[/S] won’t have characters as small as Rocket Raccoon with 1.05 million health.

useless motion51 tip - if youre in a corner and are planning on blowing x-factor, do so after a rocket ( :qcf::s:) for a healthy damage boost before your wall bounce!

Of course they build their own meter. This is Nemesis here. He practically builds his own meter from s jM jM jH jS.

But in all reality, his XF combos more or less mimic the cL cM sH DP+M cM sH QCF+L jM jM jH sM S jM jM jH S meter variant of the Nemesis BnBs, so it should be reasonable that they are meter sufficient

I’ve been messing with this yesterday. It’s kinda character dependent based on my lab time with it. I could never get the rocket to connect behind the bigger characters like Hulk or Sent. But still an amazing find! I was expermenting on following the blast back with sH into Clocket L, but the timing is pretty tight. plus it doesnt hit at all on charaters with weird hitboxes like Hsein-Ko, so with characters like that, a sM may be the best option to follow the blast back for more damage. Still need to do more testing with it. :slight_smile:

Midscreen BnB with Missiles that takes them to the corner usually.

c. L st. M st. H DP+M c. M st. H QCF+L (dash up) H+Missiles S MHS (missiles otg) (DP+H xx Biohazard Rush (if they’re in the corner when missiles otg)) OR (st. H DP+H xx Missile super)

Does around 770K and builds one bar for the dhc, and for me, I DHC to swords, and it usually kills.

I’m pretty bad at assist combos still so I avoid them must of the time- but in doing so, I learned that Nemesis carries to corners very easily and Doom’s Sphere Super is one of the best DHC for Missiles as you can send out more…missiles. I’ve been messing around with this and it can be done anywhere. If you are near a wall just omit the dash-
Doom is Assist 1, needs 2 meters, you’ll build a meter doing the combo.

s.L or c.L st. M st.H Rocket Clothesline L (dash in) st. M or cr. M cr.H Launcher Slam M st.M 6H S super jump j.M j.H j.S Missile Super on land, DHC in to Doom’s Sphere Flame after stomp - Does 914,300 - I normally just spam Hidden Missiles as soon Sphere is done to chip for death or allow a cheap sj. M S into a corner combo.

Sphere Flame from BWA is meh. You’d be better off using Photon Array for the vastly superior positioning, and also because it usually does more/the same. Especially since, if you hit the sweet spot, the opponent can be hit by some of the laser on the back end

Thanks! I actually got the inspiration for Sentinel drones for Rockets from one of your video I believe. Did you have a combo video where you landed a ton of Rockets on Chris using Nem, Nova, Sent?

Found a variation of our b’n’b today!

j:h:, :m::h: DP+:m: :s: (quickly) j:m::m::h: (delay) d+:h: (land) :h: QCF+:l: (dash if needed) :h: :s: j:m::h::s: (land) BWA - 760 200 damage

I need to work more on this tomorrow, and maybe get a video of it ^^

Ok, don’t know how to do the buttons with the pretty colors on that but I have a nice little reset combo that does STUPID damage…I play Nem(Launcher Slam), Sent (Drones), Task (Horiz legion Arrow). The combo is this, j.H, s.M, s.H QCF+L(clothesline launcher), dash, s.M, s.H, DP+M(launcher slam), s.L, Tentacle Slam M (the dirty reset), c.M, s.H, QCF+L (clothesline launcher), s.H, S, j.M, j.H, j.S, dash back, BWA. If they survive, clean up the rest of the life with a DHC into Plasma Storm. GUARENTEED dead character…you can add a second j.M to the air series but I don’t just to make sure the combo hits. It’s a million plus, don’t believe me…try it…promise your jaw will drop…

Hate to say it, but this is a very, very, very, very, very, very, very well known reset and is actually his core one. I would recommend swapping out sL for cM though, as the minute spacing it gives does actually give a lot to it’s effectiveness as a reset.

Bushido: It might be very known, but it is still good that you posted it, cause alot of the info about nemesis isnt really that easy to find.

I was fooling around with my team synergy yesterday, and found that Rocket Raccoons Log Trap gives Nemesis time to shoot his bazooka and still get the wall bounce. That way i got my combo 40k more damage and i breached the 800 000 mark :smiley:

Did some more testing with Log Trap today and got it pushed to 825k of a J.H

J.H (land) M,H, xx DP+M, S (jump) J.M,M,H (delay) S (land) backdash+Log Trap, TK Bazooka shot (wallbounce) C.H xx DP+H xx DP+ATK+ATK

The DP super is much harder timing than regular BWA, so go for the BWA if you dont need the ekstra 20k damage ^^

Edit: ending this combo with C.H xx QFC+S xx DP+ATK+ATK is much more efficient if you are near enough to the corner. If you are to far away from the corner, you need to do DP+H after walbounce and end it with BWA.
