I’ve faced a couple of Rashids now that use the following when I block:
st. MP, cr.MK, LP Mixer…followed by…st.LK, st.LP, LP Mixer…repeat.
I would use a V-reversal but I do not always have one on hand.
LP mixer is -2 on block. Rashid’s fastest attack is 3f. Unless he is willing to spend bar on invulnerable EX mixer to fuck with you, he is giving up his turn every time he makes you block LP mixer.
