[list=1]
[] A run like Dash (not a run but looks like it)
[] A wallbounce (he can bounce or use it as a plateform to launch himself on the opponent)
[] A backdash backflip (he used it to bait Ryu’s parry in the video)
[] A particular jump.
[] 2 stocks of V meter
[] We can see : Standing LP, LK, MK, HP, HK (maybe Medium Punch instead of Heavy); Jumping LP, LK (crossup), MP, HK; Every Crouching Normals
[] An overhead command move, certainly Forward HP.
[] Both of his throws
[] That tornado projectile (and his ex variation)
[] Falcon Spire. Bounce on the opponent, knockdown, could break fireball like Necalli. Ex works like Cammy’s Arrow during V trigger (Piercing and Juggle state)
[] Arabesque (I call it like that because of Aria’s Crescendo and Pullum theme). i assume that’s a move like Nash’s scythe, with each variation being different (one horizontal, one with an 45° angle and one vertical). Ex could be that move he used after his ex Divekick.
[] Divekick. Angle similar to Gen’s one. Seems better than Necalli and works like Cammy Ex Strike (I don’t think we can juggle after without the tornado)
[] I can show you the world. His critical art. Can combo into it, nothing much to say about that.
[] Typhoon. His V trigger. The guy never used it and you guys already make hypothesis about its utilisation so I have nothing to say.
[] Marseille Roll. His V skill, low profile (wonder if the roll is invincible), kick launcher after. Don’t know if we can juggle after
[] Ken’s Winquote "(A little breeze like that fans my flames even more”) against him and his against Bison (“I win. Now return my friend! That’s all I ask”)
[] He has funny stance between the round.
[] His neutral stance reminds me of Cinder’s One in KI (or Bruce Lee, yeah)

Yeah good point, If it is a command hop though then it might make more sense because of that little hop back he does might be a different strength used. Unless that’s his back dash.
Looks like a Fuerte/Rolento retard-style character to me.
I still hope that he doesn’t turn out that way, but from the footage he certainly seems to one of “those” characters I despise in SF4.
Those are his win poses. They’re both in the gameplay video someone linked earlier in the thread.
I just can’t get over how well Capcom stuck the landing on this guy. They fucked up with Necalli, but then give us a properly researched brown dude and worked with brown folks to make sure they did it right.
If Laura doesn’t turn out to be the sort of character I think she’ll be, then Rashid may very well be my main. At the very least a sub.
The jab mashing is painful to watch. At least from that video we know he has a TC that moves him forward and he can juggle of his projectile with a DP.
