From what I remember, Crush Counter st.HP into HK Whirlwind projectile doesn’t combo anymore and you can’t cancel the second hit of his f.MP into V Trigger anymore (only first hit) iirc.
Source… uhhh somewhere in this thread too lazy to double check.
Crackfiend showing off Rashid at PSX. He’s got a nasty j.LK crossup, and c.MK xx V-trigger seems to combo. He does very little damage though, but his offense seems really scary.
@Fatal1ty_93_RUS well they are doing a good job keeping quiet so that their Spinning Mixer (Jab) will stay unpunished at -2 along with other tricks such as the Spinning Mixer (Strong) follow-up oki. I’d say they are doing a grand job at it.
Peter “Combofiend” Rosas here with a special report about Rashid in Street Fighter V
Our community members have reported numerous times that the Light version of his Spinning Mixer special move was too safe on block, therefore the players could apply constant pressure and getting away with using it time after time without being punished. To counter this, the recovery of this special move has been reduced slightly

I thought strength priority only applied to normals, with all specials lumped together when trades are considered. Does a heavier special beat out a lighter special in trades? Or are you just talking about the fact that light spinner, while not inherently punishable, still leaves you at minus frames and thus costs you the advantage and smart opponents can use the right normals to beat whatever you follow the spinner up with?
