No, they’ll start at the next poker night. That’s 2 weeks from tonight.
The 3S board I have on order (and the CvS2 drive) hasn’t arrived yet. So it will be a better environment for those games shortly. All we’d have right now (which should be fine anyways) is console.
Does anyone know how portland would be getting there? Is there a magic car I don’t know about?
Any chance ST will be happening next time too? 
I’ve got an arcade board and a copy of CCC2 I can bring.
I will also be getting a 3s board at the same time as Zach that I can haul around if it’s needed. 
I only have one arcade board of ST, and don’t have it for anything else. I also only have one A-board at this time… so ST is preeeetty much Bring Your Own at this point. =\
For future events, I could bring a PS2 (I plan on doing that already when we start 3s). However, I only have Anniversary Edition, so purists might want to bring a copy of the so called “arcade perfect” Capcom Classics Collection.
We’re supposed to be training for EVO, so we should focus on the console versions of games. In order for 3s and ST to happen though, at least one other person would have to start bringing PS2’s. And we’ll also be needing more sticks.
I can bring a PS2 w/ 3s and CCC2. When my joystick gets here, I can bring that as well.
If there’s any need for more Marvel, I have it for DC and arcade. DC is pretty much arcade perfect though, isn’t it?
I have a ps2, stick and SFAC. I also have a dc and a copy of mvc2.
I honestly don’t think I’ll be able to make it unless someone can give me a lift. I live in the lynnwood area and am down for shelling out gas money or whatever.

The first Marvel tournament went down yesterday. Results from all league events and standings will now be posted in this thread. 3s and ST to start at the next poker night. Feel free to talk smack and issue challenges in that thread–so long as it is on topic.
We’re gonna focus on the console versions of all games as those will be the versions used at EVO. While the DC version of Marvel is the closest thing to arcade perfect, it does seem to suffer slowdowns when multiple moving sprites are onscreen at the same time. It’s still worlds better than all other home versions though.

I posted before, I can actually go down and take some portlanders down, I have to reserve a seat for White Sam, and probrably Black Sam, but I could bring at least one other person or two, anybody can just call me up, just gotta help pay for gas money. I just wanna know when and where the next ranking matches are gonna be, some body call me up or post here.
