It’s true… when I stop by there in August and a scrub loses a potential $3 (what will Gameworks charge for T6:BR?) in about 45 seconds… they will want to cry. Then they’ll prolly get all pissy and try to attack me because I’m more expensive than their most recent prostitute and all I do is hurt their ego, and I’ll have to do something like an Imanari takedown to 50/50 heelhook and if they still don’t stop squirming pop the ankle/knee/hip.

I wanted to add… any chance of a tourney for BR sometimes between Aug 5th and Aug 28th (not on the 22nd… wedding ceremony)? I’d like to expose some people to all the crazy shit that can be done in this game. =D
YES!!! A lot of the Tekken scene players of yesterday in Wa have either moved away, or things in life that are more important than video games have taken them somewhere else. I just hope that there are enough old school players and new players Dedicated to the cause to take the Northwest to the top :karate:
As far as scrub busting goes lol, its not DR, so im just as much of a scrub as everyone else ( unless im about to lose to some random person and have to revert to old DR Eddy tricks to Cheeeeeese ! lol )
I’m the white guy who plays Zangief. I say (He’s not even good) every time I walk away from getting smashed by the “frogger” is what I like to call him. Dragon Punch spam is lolz.
I go down there every 2nd or 3rd day, I’m sure anyone on this thread has met me. I think I’m the only Zangief player down there these days.
I’m still learning, but once nice thing is I think I take something with me or learn something new, every time I visit. I’ve been headbutting a lot more, and that seems to work against EVERYTHING.
You have to try some SVC:Chaos if you like Garou. It’s a weird combination of KOF + ST + totally awesome. I enjoyed it for a while and just fired up my good ol’ Neo Geo to play some this weekend.
I go to GameWorks pretty rarely, especially since I’m broke as a joke right now. In the next month, when my funds balance out after dropping $250 for my plane ticket, I’ll be down there a lot more on the weekends (Friday mostly, maybe saturday if people want to hit it up).
It was a ton of fun to play Jason (Thefuture) by the random coincidence we both showed up. I’ll have to talk to yignpc when the next time he is down to carpool down there one of these weekends, maybe we can get a possie down there to rip shit up SRK style.
Used to go to the GW alot, but since console been lacking, but the first time I went in forever I see Jason TheFuture there. Any time I go down there I seem to see Jason.
I see jason all the time since i also go there alot and he usually kicks my too. I just cant use console other than training room since my online connection sucks so bad. If anyone wants to say wassup im that azn ken guy at gameworks.
