I can do the raikousen loop but all I can do it on is the smaller people. Do you have to do it differently on them or just go higher?
On medium/big characters, where you’re dropping the combo? second raykousen? I mean… you hit the second raykousen them you can´t hit the third, or maybe you can hit third raykousen but don´t have time to charge the buster?
Second Raikousen
you´re doing it too fast I can presume. Wait a little more between raikousens… if you notice you can let the raikousen hit twice (let the zero and the shadow clone lightning hits before doing the next)
Also, the way i do always works on almost everybody (I have bad time against modok only) sougenmu, j. Lvl 3 buster, nj. Raikousen, Instant tk raikousen (very low, near the ground), nj. Raikousen or High Tk raikousen (press the button on the up direction instead diagonal up forward, or press on the diagonal up back). Always letting the second lightning hit twice on both sets.
