Ragna American Voice Actor Question

In his story in the beginning, where Jin cuts off Ragnas arm and during that whole scene, is it just me or does he sound EXACTLY like Goku when he screams in pain or anger? Is it the same actor (Sean Schemmel). And is it just me, or is it a different voice actor after the “flashback”, I guess you would call it.

I apologize if this is a stupid thread, I know how frustrating they can be coming from the Bison board for SF4.

I tried Wiki but it only says his “older Ragna” voice actor, because I recognize him from Fate/Stay Night. Its just younger Ragna im curious about.

Hmm, I don’t know, I would check (I could recognize his voice anywhere) but my 360 got the RRoD so…
