Sure that’s a rage quit? He’s obviously jumping, which means he isn’t in the dashboard/XMB, and why would anyone jump while turning off their system?
Just saying, examine the circumstances before you jump to conclusions. I’m not 100% one way or the other though, just my opinion.
EDIT: Legit disconnects CAN happen at the worst time possible. I was playing someone on my friends list, (we were like 20-20 when this happened) and right as I land Gouken’s ultra off a back throw to win the match, it disconnects. We then started another game and continued on.
Well Chun’s jumping back there, I’m pretty sure. I’ve had people rage quit while jumping back. I mean all they need to do is turn off the system. So, he might have seen he had no health, held the joystick firmly up and back so he had less chance of getting clocked, and turned off his console.
As for player matches, if rage quits were logical occurrences we wouldn’t call them rage quits, right?
latemnvi disconnects. Sore loser at best. I won and I got the disconnect screen. He plays a decent honda which makes reporting his crybaby ass more shameful.
Hauppauge PVR HD 1212 capture device. One of the best I’ve used because it simply sits in between the XBOX/TV with a USB cord to the PC. Very easy, no weird cables/converters
Normally I give the benefit of the doubt, but he made it clear with his taunting message+wink emoticon after the game. I’m guessing he was jumping away while reaching for the cord to make sure I wouldn’t win…but again that’s a guess.

I don’t even blame him, if you played like you did in round 3 from start fine, but it sucks to spend 2 rounds watching someone just sitting on his ass, and then finding out he can actually play…and then when you nearly have him KO you just sit on your ass again. IMO this was a boredomquit and not a ragequit.

99% of the hate mail i get is from people who win talking about how i should stop playing the game. i see nothing wrong with ragequitting. might as well do it so the other person had to at least memorize your id to send you some expletive filled message. funny thing is i get this in PLAYER MATCHES. if someone thinks they’re so great, go play championship mode.

i actually do that while the game is going on with my mic. i know they can hear me so i’ll be like, turn off your xbox already, you suck, stop jumping in on me, stop jumping back, ima own you so just quit already. i’ve actually had a few that rage quit on me. i guess you must be one of those heart5jones. hahaha:rofl:
i don’t have a mic, i play on mute, and i don’t play on xbox360 so it might not be likely.
i don’t see the point of acting like inbred trash though. you could just play the game. it is just a game. there is always somebody better and somebody worse.
First: I had the lead with a charge character in a Final and I waited as he stood there.
Second: Normal fighting until he held back running into the corner. After 10 seconds I rushed in. He was turtling, watch it again.
Third: Closer to normal play, I got the lead and he instantly quit. No turtle, just rage.
So explain to me again how I’m a turtling bitch? For what, jumping backward against a charged Chun-Li? I suppose you’re one of those people that call all Guile’s turtles too?
