shes the only one with an infinite as far as i remember.

Also whats a “shared Team Duplex ability” referring to Oni and Pepe?
A “Team Duplex” is basically this big dial-a-combo that switches characters, kind of like the Team Assault moves in NGBC. The command for Team Duplex is :qcf: + :snkb: :snkc: , but due to a bug or something, it can’t be comboed into if your character already has a quarter-circle-forward move. Since Pepe and Oni don’t have quarter-circle-forward moves, they can combo into them on the ground, giving them a much-needed edge.
Can you give me an example please?
Let’s say you’re playing with a team of Pepe and Pupa. Pepe’s in right now, he’s got low health but 2 stocks. If Pepe lands any cancellable normal from just about anywhere, he can input :qcf: + :snkb: :snkc: , cancel into his team duplex, and switch places with Pupa, in addition to doing nasty damage.
If it was the same situation but you had Pupa in the ring, then your only option to do a Team Duplex would be either in a juggle or as a punishment move, because if you landed, say, a close C and inputted :qcf: + :snkb: :snkc: , then you’d either get Pupa’s wrench toss (which is a quarter-circle forward command), or nothing would happen, so her team duplex has to be performed naked (ahem so to speak).
What this all means is that Pepe and Oni, once they have two stocks, have a comboable, high-damage GTFO button, giving them a bit more flexibility.
Oni still sucks, though.

Also the question is guys for tournament purposes do you ban ALICES INFINITE???
I think it should be because it’s way too easy to do it and is pretty simple to land in a match.
