Fuudo wrecking ball with the resets and side switchings. That’s pretty smart of him to use the mic to trick the opponent into hitting buttons after every reset but instead he went into the endless F+HPs lol.

Not even close. It beats some options, but timings vary and it loses to a bunch of stuff. Too bad. Still useful, but not nearly as good as I thought it might be.

Finally got some vids of me playing Mika up in tournament. I really need some help in the Sim match-up. I managed to get 4th in a 75 man tournament. Ended up losing to the same Ken that knocked into losers earlier.

I’ve not been making any progress lately. I got to as high as 3600 LP but since then I’ve been steadily falling. In this match I finally got mad.

Something you could probably have converted off of - if he does his charged hp and you don’t block it, you can catch it’s recovery frames pretty easy with a passion press. The extended hand hurtbox lingers, so after he swings you can basically grab his wrist into a combo.

Mika saving SFV from being a dullfest
So, it’s been about a month since I last uploaded a replay. Back then I was only a few matches deep into sampling R. Mika but now, one month later, she’s undisputedly my certified main. This isn’t a particularly special or noteworthy match, just a brief visual update on my progress with this character. Obviously, I still need work on a few things but, I’m slowly getting there and my confidence with this character is growing more and more.
