I liked Synecdoche, NY.
RIP
Keep this up and your cover wont last too long.
RIP never knew he had a major drug problem until the news suddenly went on for 5 minutes talking about it. A gifted and skilled actor in most roles I was fortunate to see him in.
I wouldn’t say he had a drug problem. The thing with heroin is just like any other drug, your first high was easy but the rest will take more and more. It’s easy to skirt the line and pass what’s actually safe.
This is my biggest fear with injecting drugs, man. It’s rough to go out that way.
at least he went out feeling goodd…
just saying
r.i.p

I take your point, but Hoffman struggled with heroin addiction throughout his life. He was just in rehab last year after a relapse.
My ex and I were in LA a few years ago and went to a taping of Craig Ferguson. PSH was the first guest, there to promote Jack Goes Boating. I never did get around to seeing it.
Damn. sad news. First movie I saw him in was Twister (during the 90s) and I recently watch Before The Devil Knows You’re Dead.
Dude was a beast in Mission Impossible 3.
Agreed. He played a really menacing and complex nemesis in MI:3.
heroin? seriously
he did have a cool voice though
another one bites the dust
rip
I was watching some of The Big Lebowsky yesterday, and then an hour later I saw the news…
A great actor
Heroin’s a hell of a drug.
I just heard… Like everyone said already: fantastic actor, his range was out of this world.
Heroin’s a hell of a drug.
I heard heroin is like busting a nut…no stop :looney:
Peace out junkie
Million, tell us how you really fee?
One of the main actors on Supernatural got blasted for saying this:
He deleted that tweet and said:
^that man speaks the truth. Why is it any time some mid tier celeb bites it, people have to view it as a great important tragedy?
Whenever a junkie dies, I usually just move on.

Addiction is pretty fucked up and I think it’s sad whenever anyone suffers from it. It’s especially tragic when someone with so much talent dies from drug abuse. I’m not trying to make excuses for the man, but I am a fan of his work and it sucks that he had to go out that way. I also think it’s a little insensitive to just dismiss it as a junkie offing himself.
