Quick question for artists out there.. regarding graphic pads

hi, i just purchased a graphics pad, and i have photoshop cs5, but i was wondering if there may be a better graphics program out there to utilize the “pressure sensitivity” of the graphics pad

Any graphic software that attempts to simulate natural media will probably make the most of a tablet. Photoshop or Painter are great ones for that.

Autodesk Sketchbook is really nice too for working quickly. The program is the core of using tablets… as the interface is made entirely for a pen and no keyboards are really involved, except for using the space bar to zoom. The program itself is simplified as a result so you won’t be dealing with stuff like filters or gamma correction for instance.
