I can get the UOH>UOH>headbutt buffer but i cant get the charge crouch, dash, (holding down while dashing) then the headbutt right after but it doesnt come out, it either jumps or does a standing move. any help?
im working on this exact same issue with remy when i dash from one side of the screen to the other and instant RRF after the second dash. same idea: charging while dashing.
you’re on the right track with the UOH…it might help if instead of charging in a crouching position, PARTITION (not buffer) the charge durring ANY regular poke, while keeping in mind that different pokes take longer than others to recover, i.e.: fp takes longer than lp to recover.
for example:
tap back + hk with urien. instantanously follow it by bringing the joystick to the down/back position. time it so you input the second tap of the dash just as the move fully recovers. that way you will dash at ‘the moment of recovery’ giving you time to partition more of the down/back charge durring the dash. otherwise you end up waiting until the move fully recovers to input the dash command, and likely miss the needed charge time by a split second…and you dont want that.
im pretty sure you have the idea down solid already. it just takes practice to dash in and do charge moves as consistently as you can now do the UOH + UOH, headbutt. you gotta be jedi fast when you charge down/back after inputing the dash…it’s all about cutting corners when it comes to charge characters in 3s. :tup:
