Questions and advice about HD CRT tvs

So, I’ve been looking into purchasing an HD CRT tv because Ive had 2 LCDs and 1 Plasma die out on me within the past 5 years.

I need some advice from professionals in the television field, those who own HD CRT tvs, and Cathode Ray dudes

QUESTIONS:

-Can I purchase tvs brand new, or will I have to purchase a secondhand one?

-Prices for brand new and secondhand.

-Regardless if its brand new or not, where I can purchase them?

-What resolutions do the CRT’s support? (most likely no 1920x1080)

-Are there any 16:9 (widescreen) HD CRT tvs?

-Which brands are suggested that I buy

-What’s the longevity like for these televisions?

-Do these tvs work well with pre-7th gen consoles?

-What are supported outputs? (HDMI out of the question)

-How much electricity do these tvs use (I assume it uses a lot)

-Is it worth it to purchase an HD CRT tv as opposed to using a CRT computer monitor paired with speakers of your choice?

Good Luck finding one, most recent reviews I found on HD CRT TVs and Monitors are 8 years old (2004)
eBay came up with Zero Results

Also keep in mind CRT has been in sharp decline since 2008, and almost one are still made with the exception of a few models meant for very high end professional video editing (Very expressive) as color reproduction is more accurate on CRT.

-Can I purchase tvs brand new, or will I have to purchase a secondhand one?
Second hand

-Prices for brand new and secondhand.
Any where from $50 to thousands

-Regardless if its brand new or not, where I can purchase them?
Thrift stores, pawn shops, Good Will, Creigs List, Google search (eBay failed me)

-What resolutions do the CRT’s support? (most likely no 1920x1080)
I had a 1920x1080 CRT before it died, so they do exist.

-Are there any 16:9 (widescreen) HD CRT tvs?
Yes

-Which brands are suggested that I buy
As hard as they are to find, beggars can’t be choosers.

-What’s the longevity like for these televisions?
New, they outlast LCD by decades, as your buying used its hard to tell

-Do these tvs work well with pre-7th gen consoles?
Do 7th Gen consoles still have Analog output?

-What are supported outputs? (HDMI out of the question)
Depending on model, everything the LCD TVs can.
And your Wrong, HDMI is still in question. Some of the later models do support HDMI
And you want a set with HDMI even if your not using it if you want a HD CRT screen

-How much electricity do these tvs use (I assume it uses a lot)
No clue, varries

-Is it worth it to purchase an HD CRT tv as opposed to using a CRT computer monitor paired with speakers of your choice?
I say it again, take what you can get beggers can’t be choosers

that’s why i want one^

but anyways, this is going to be pretty difficult to find. i think my best bet is to scour Goodwill. since 2009, i have seen multiple HD CRT tvs, and they were going for prices of $50 and below. but those motherfuckers get picked up real fast.
