Question regarding the hitbox of Ultra 1 Illusion Spark

So I began using Rose really recently but I still have a lot of problems with specifics matchups, one of them being Zangief as I panic a lot. I recently won a match in which blew my mind, as the Zangief player jumps behind me and my ultra hit. I guess my question to the Rose community is, how did this ultra hit? is it something to do with the hitbox? Also forgive me for the poor quality of the video, as it’s recorded from my phone.

It’s possible he actually hit a fake crossup button, meaning he would have landed on the side he got hit with and that Rose’s animation made it look weirder by sitting her further forwards … Just a guess
