I got the game recently but i didn’t know there was an ultimate version 
I wanna know if i get all the DLC it would be like having the ultimate version? or is better just to buy the ultimate version.

Essentially Yes! However the costumes From “Star Labs” aren’t unlocked from the start. The DLC characters are more important, so the regular game is cheaper than Ultimate “used”.
