MS can’t touch the Asian manufacture, but they will go after someone like Phreakmods if they made a Xbox 360 board.
That is why the Cerberus is designed for dual mods, and not all ALL-IN-One board
If you so badly want to give Microsoft you money, just buy a actual authorized Xbox 360 game pad and pad hack it.
If you want a decent ALL-in-one board solution, just get the PS360+. You aren’t going to get sued or go to jail or even get a C&D from Microsoft and Sony.

As something of note, if you want something that’s legit, as in the IP was payed for that comes with all the functions, you’re best and really only bet right now is pad hacks.
Just so we’re clear, almost every 3rd party PS3 board that has even something like Home usage on PS3 utilizes code/IP that wasn’t intended for them to use without paying for some type of licensing (the example for loose licensing would be early madcatz sticks and similar that don’t have the actual"playstation" logo on the home button, just a little house icon). The ones that don’t have this just side step the check and generally Sony doesn’t care because it’s not even remotely worth the hassle. Stolen?, nah, but reverse engineered for sure. Home usage can’t be done without providing a response to a check done by the PS3. You aren’t supposed to know how to respond to it without paying for that knowledge. Cthulu, Cerberus, and gobs of others like the ZD Encoders do this.
PS4, in a nutshell, is similar… it just has a different type of system that employs constant checks that require IP to even be able to decrypt the messages. Without answering those, the system cuts you off after, what is commonly known now as the 8 minute timeout. Even if you tell the system you are something licensed.
I could mimic what the Akishop board is doing with my Cerberus firmware and give users the 8 minute timeout if that’s something people want. Just haven’t taken the time to do so.
Just wanted you to be fully aware of what you’re asking for if you’re ethical compass is something you want to stick 100% to across all systems.
