Couldn’t find an answer looking around. Since like a lot of people this will be my first EVO and I’m not sure on this. There’s no rules pandering to if you’re up to play in a main game and you’re currently playing in a side tournament, you won’t get disqualified for the fact that you’re playing something that’s not a main game?
If you don’t show up for your main game…you’ll get DQ’ed.
Doesn’t matter if you are playing something else at the same time.
Plan accordingly.
Yes, side tournaments are just side events that have no affiliation with Evo. They are thrown by community members who have love for the games that THEY play. Evo organizers are not concerned with games or anything else that is not part of the original schedule/ plan for Evo.
