How exactly do speed boosts change the frame data of a move? It’s obvious that a 10 frame normal with a 100% speed boost will now execute in 5 frames. What about something with a remainder?
Magneto’s speed in XF3 is 130%, and has a crouching light that has a 6f startup. Doing the math, this means in XF3 his crouching light executes in 4.6 frames. This makes no sense, so does it round up or down?
