QCF motion on remix mode vs classic mode

Why is it that a QCF motion is harder to do on remix mode compared to classic mode with a 360 pad (d-pad)?

I have one arcade stick which I use and my friend uses a 360 controller and we both noticed the timing seems tighter to do QCF, HCF motions with d-pad on remix mode but its ok in classic mode.

Any reason why?

Were timings tightened up in remix mode?

I dont think that input time for that motion was changed at all, the input window for dragon punch motions were increased and set to a fixed number, thats about it. :wonder:
