i dont see why you need 2 threads…if your doing a bi-weekly thing than just keep it in one thread n change the Title/Subject line

yeah i can do that. I’ll just mod this thread from now on.

results from last time?

I won but there were only 3 other people here (all from my apt complex or the one next to it). would have had more but they realized it wasnt on the weekend and had to back out.

Top 3 for April 28th

Damn, finally find a place doing sessions no less than 5 minutes from my house and it’s $20 to pre-reg :frowning:

How many people have already pre-regged?

3 so far. if $20 is too high i can lower it for the next tournament. I’m just trying to keep pot decent for people comin from far away, but if lowering it brings more local people i’m all for it.

I suggest dropping the pre-reg, I am not confident sending $20 to a minor tourney over the internet with barely any credentials. I think others felt the same way.

QFT…Straight UP!

Well the pre reg is nice but we should have the option to pay at the door incase like we cant make it. because Fremont is very far from me id go but 20$ seems to high.

ok I’ll drop it to $10 and refund people that already paid the $20, $10 back.

The only thing about having pay at the door is I don’t want people driving from all over the bay to show up and get turned away because the tourney’s full. My place is only so big. If i had more than 16 pre-regged, i’d have an idea ahead of time, that i need more room and i’d reserve a venue or somethin. Not exactly something you can do last minute. But then i can’t go reservin a venue if only 5-6 people show up. so…

How about this… I’ll leave in pay at the door, but you guys will need to check back on the site to make sure the tourney isnt packed already. I’ll update both the site and the thread as soon as it’s full. My contact info is on the site. If i get an email my phone will tell me pretty much in real time so, I think that’s as fair as I can make it.

How many people prereg’d so far? and what’s the easiest way to get to this place with pubtrans?

2 pre reg’ed because the other 2 backed out due to them forgetting tomorrow was mother’s day. but i’ve got about 12 maybes. dunno how many comin tho

oh and to get here via public trans, take bart to fremont, hop onto paseo padre (go left), make a right onto stevenson and make a left on liberty. first building on the right. S28. i’m sure there’s a bus that runs by but it’s not far of a walk at all. maybe 10 min walk.

if you’re in san jose, take the 180, 181, 140 or 120 to the fremont bart station… same directions as above.
