So on the neutrik adapter, what cable would I use to go to the PS3? A normal USB cable?

Ok, so on to my next question, are these the same thing? Lizardlick is out of LL Quick Connect, .110" Insulated (Which are what will connect to the sanwa buttons if I understand correctly, just like my SE stick) so will these do? Also, where can I find those awesome sleeves to keep the wires organized I’ve seen in peoples sticks?

Although not exactly as your Mad Catz, unless you changed everything.
Since Mad Catz is Open Barrel, and very few people on SRK even use them.
