what supers can punish bison after a blocked lvl3 scissor kick super?
so far i know that balrog do his kick super and bison can do a mega pycho crusher. and i swear i hit my friend with cammy’s lvl 3 spin drive smasher, but hes not sure if he wasnt blocking or what.
anyway are there any others? im thinking guile might be able too…

Probably blanka can too there isn’t that much difference in speed before midscreen
Guile - sonic hurricane
Vega - Red impact, if it reaches
Sagat - high fireball super
Morrigan - raging demon
Rolento - trip wire
Maybe even ken with his level 3 only kick super.
Edit: Bison is at -13 after a blocked lvl 3 kick super. If he does a lvl 1 or 2, you cannot retaliate.
