BUT THINK OF THE CHILDREN
Children are in danger every day. When I was a child I lived in a dangerous neighborhood and walked home by myself all the time since I was seven. I managed to survive. It doesn’t mean I should pad the world to make sure every child survives.
Or make gun laws a hell of a lot more restrictive… Or give maybe give kids psych evaluations when they hit puberty… I really don’t like the idea of turning schools into maximum security prisons.
Holy shit man, you make enough that your tax dollars could pay for armed guards in every school? Give me some money
Edit@truendymion: You may want to get used to that as they are steadily becoming more and more like that.
Oh cmon they were totally that already. You were in school once too, I know you felt that way at some point
There is also news of 22 kids getting stabbed to death in china, today. People are now killing kids eh?
Please tell me you aren’t serious
I don’t see the issue with banning folks from getting automatic/high powered funds if they are not a licensed Hunter. You can’t tell me the guns the substitute kindergarten teacher had was simply for self defense. The zombie apocalypse is not real. Those guns were used to hunt people.
There should also be required background tests for all ppl who live in the residence the gun will be in. Yes the laws are local, however when the mayor of Philadelphia tried to pass stronger laws due to the high number of gun related incidents, Harrisburg stopped him.
I am leaving the autism argument alone. .mainly because it isn’t an argument. There are plenty of people without the ability to recognize social cues and social norms or read the emotions of others, but once they are told that are hurting someone they try to fix it.
The US is not going to address mental states, especially with all the evidence already presented that shows not only does it relate to violence, but to the education system as well. It’s up to parents to be aware of their children and get them the help they need. If I am being watched for post partum depression after having a baby, they could have sought out help for the boy displaying autistic markers who’s parents just went through a divorce.

Well I went to high school in long beach from 2000-2004 and we had a couple of security guards but none of them were armed and I believe the main gate was left open… School has always been more of a metaphorical prison, I’d hate it become a literal prison lol.
I was wrong about them being all dead, nevertheless i can’t even fathom how mentally ill some fucker should be to ever do that. I think there is a difference between a crazy guy and a punk bitch.
– They should revive executing of people like that with out any consideration if they are insane or handicapped.
I stopped reading here. I doubt your post can get any dumber than what you wrote right here.
Cisco: Again, people are now killing kids? Where the hell have you been?
When i say “now” that means an exaggeration of a “trend” has popped up. Read between the lines even if it was to great for your likeness.
Right? “The zombie apocalypse is not real” he says. Do you also plan on yelling that while you’re in the mouths of 6 different zombies?
It isn’t trend that just popped up. There has been a war going on and children getting killed due to it.

Armed guards in the schools and this wouldn’t have happened? Why don’t we all just get telecoms in our homes and hate Emmanuel Goldstein while we’re at it.
The point being that regulating guns being so easy to obtain would have an affect on the amount of gun related deaths every year. Being more tough on the border between Mexico as well as the ability to obtain guns ‘legally’ would create a safer society, not just saying "OH LORDY LORD WE NEED SOME MOAR GUNS".
Guns are things designed to kill other people. Would you feel safe if every single person had one? Would you feel safe if every teacher in your childs school had one? A teacher with 30 kids in their class with a handgun in their pocket? It would be ridiculous.
I understand the second amendment is important, but it comes from a different time when the US was under siege by the English. At that point is was up to the people to fight against the English and their tyranny, not just any government or police force in place. Now that that threat is over, and America has the strongest military in the world, why does everyone require a right to bear arms? Couldn’t you claim that having an RPG falls under that category? It’s “arms” technically. What about having katana’s with you in public?
I don’t understand how people can defend tools that are designed to kill other people ,and put them in the hands of everyone. Tougher regulations and tougher crackdown on illegal weaponry could have prevented the tragedy.
NYC’s gun laws clearly stop deaths that you guys don’t even give a fuck about every day right?
These guys are really dumb as to how the real world works.
You got cops here in some NYC schools on every single hall at all times. Some high schools are already like a prison here. The city pushed by dumb ignorant parents thought it was a great idea. Guess what. These cops are smoking weed with the students in the hall when students are supposed to be in class and helping sell guns, drugs, etc.
How much do you plan to pay the armed guards you speak of guys? Who is going to pay for them? Not only are things worse but people like myself have to pay for this shit with their taxes. Gangs can easily pay them off with drugs money.
yeah I think this thread should be closed soon

The red flag in this was the fact he was 20 and still living at home with mom. The point to bring a parent is to make sure your child can make it on their own. Barring a major life changing event (divorce) no grown man should live with their mom. This just calls for trouble.
