Multi-colored — 411
Black — 2,190
Blue — 2,192

There you go, multi colored cards and lands doesnt quite break into the 4 digits.

Yeah there are some resets on page 4, scroll down to like the middle of the page and NO THERE IS NO PSYLOCKE RESETS HERE! ( ((>_<)) )
Unfortunately there isnt any psylocke resets that we know off :sad:. Though a couple of people here might know some.

Hmmm I dunno how to answer that question, If you just look at the colors in general then Id have to say no. But thats just looking at them in general not actually making a deck. Now if youre making a deck then thats when it gets tricky. Coz of the styles… agrro, control(:tup:), combo, suicide(:annoy:)… etc.

is Magic Balanced?
Well, obviously some cards suck and cant be used and some kick ass (kinda like a game) but you have more to work with when you use a MTG deck.
In terms of all the cards, overall, blue is easily the best color (hell, the only non-artifact power 9 cards are all blue). But then again, each color has its share of broken crap. They try to balance it in terms of type 1, type 1.5, type 2 etc.

Tell your friend that If hes going to invest money on his red/black deck tell him I can write down some cards that all in all shouldnt cost more than 10.00 and it’ll make his deck much better. Thats 10.00 but the higher the budget then the better but none the less, 10.00 will be fine.
As for you you asked me whats that pre constructed deck that you could use… I think the set is from “Urza’s Saga” called “Dominator” might be mistaken though.
BTW you put those cards on plastic yet?

Is MTG balanced? Well, not really. BUT BUT BUT, there are certain things that screw over the broken crap. We don’t really play seriously when we play at the HIP though, so no need to worry about brokeness. And btw, despite what black tony white may say, blue is not “cheap”, he just doesnt like getting his ass kicked.
