…WoW we got raped.:wasted:. What you guys call experience i call beatdown, no wait Smackdown!:D. playing these guys once dont mean shit, you dont get experience until you get play them a few times. But it didnt hurt to try, and the idea of a team tournament was cool. So how was Nickel today(sunday)? Anybody enter? what happened?

My turn with mastercard: Nickel city admission:$2. Enter the tournament(thanks Tom) $5. Gas on the way on home: $20. Two Tokens at the Hip: 50cents. Returning to the HIP and once again playing the regulars(daily 6 game winning streak)…priceless:evil:. My favorite mastercard commerical was with the Three Stooges, take a guess why.

yeah, one trip to nickels is about 15 miles each way, i get about 20-22 mpg…so 3 dollars…

Hey Jojo when did you go to the hip? i was there Tuesday from 4-6 nobody there so i left.

Where was everybody? I ended walking around the mall with Henry. Lot of littles kids and scrubs playing Marvel so i said why bother, and the rest of the day, i sat and watched Enrique, Henry and Nick play cards.:frowning: I got really bored so i waited for the machine to be empty, when it was i picked my always impressive Im,Strider,Doom. Then all of a sudden the door opens and out comes allen, kelly, and glasses dave. (wonder what was happening back there:bluu: ) allen plays me and he picks Storm,Cable,Sent. WTF!!! Yeah he beat me, then Henry plays and loses, and then i find out the button was broken, i just said “fuck it!” didnt want to play some boring ass cable, i can get enough of that nickel city. Okay i know i could have beat him with my santhrax, but like i said “Fuck it!” I dont know how much more i can take this shit, its good thing you guys dont pick cable. So Damn Boring! How the hell do you guys put up with this shit.

so you were there too!?! wtf… oh well… yeah i showed up at around 7ish so i guess you were long gone by then. allen was still there(wtf, cable??? i guess he just wanted to practice that shit), had a few games w/ dave(fool had a 10 game win streak against everybody), dave2 was there although he didnt play, and enrique was using MSP!!!:lol: hes actually doing better w/ that team! oh yeah, ill prob. show up tom in the pm.

was there yesterday, david didnt showed up till later. i actually played every single machine there and even played initial d ver. 3 :smiley:

nothing much happened really you just missed a few sore losers at mvc2. was playing felicia/rogue/cammy and this one guy i havent seen before showed up with a couple people, and he picked cable/juggernaut/commando and i lost that one. i played him again with ice man/doom/commando and he must have blown like 4 bucks on me. after he left some regular at the hip played me, and i dont feel like using that team so i let him have the game.

david and i went to nickel afterwards and just went at it at guilty gear after we had a “draw game” at mvc2. :smiley:

im not gonna be there today, but i might possibly be there early on friday in the afternoon… but ill definitely be there on saturday.

jojo- i’m all out of free tokens. I only went there cause i had the extra tokens to blow. If i’m gonna play Marvel, im gonna stick to playing at Nickels, sorry guys. Compared to 15 cents a game, 50 cents is way too much. Plus, i’m saving all my token coupons and stuff for T5.
