I sucked balls at MVC2, but I really enjoyed using tron, along with Cammy and Colossus (Low tier for life!). I just love her laugh and her reset gimmicks

Yeah, but only her assist is arguably God/Next-To-God Tier. The God and Top tier in MvC2 have such a significant advantage over the rest of the cast that everybody else is considered low tier. Ruby Heart for example can destroy most low tier teams, but: sheâs decidedly low tier even though sheâs high within low tier.
Tronâs really good in the right hands (not necessarily mine). Most people I run into are pretty terrible with her, which contributes to people misunderstanding her skills. Itâs like watching Dhalsim or Anakaris: most people probably think they suck, and then you play somebody good with them and then youâll get it.
The moral of this story is that people saying that âXXX sucks!â out of proportion to the tier list are more likely showing overall ignorance as opposed to making profound statements. Especially with Tron: if you canât do the slightly devious tricks she has, youâll die. But if you start hitting the corner resets: you can nearly 300% people as you grind out the comeback. :tup:
FWIW, Servbot is way better with Doom.
A lot of Tronâs problems with Storm and Magnus come from their broken hitboxes (their launchers hitting behind them, which beats out most jump-in attacks on either side). So she potentially gets a buff just by virtue of the new hitboxes everyone will have. No more invulnerability for Cableâs legs on AHVB. :tup:

The funny thing being people still judge based on 2 standards, which are largely based on the bugginess of the game 
Part of me wishes that Capcom followed Blizzardâs example where in the latter went out of their way to replicate the bugs from the original StarCraft into the sequel (mutalisk staking).
Tron is one of the best corner pincher in the game. She had always been on my primary team. Glad to have her back!
They might, I know theyâve had a bit of a history doing things like the past ( jump canceling in DMC 3 -> 4 , Combos in SF2⌠blah )

Except help make her a bit more viable.

Ihatesentinal, if you want servbot in the game, thatâs great. Good for you. I personally wanted tron. I got tron. That made me very, very happy. So happy, that I went to this thread to talk with other people who were excited about tron being in this game, and to discuss her possible gameplay changes and tweaks.
You come in here, and bitch about how Tron didnât deserve the spot, and how youâd prefer characters X Y and Z in over her. You can have that opinion. Thereâs nothing wrong with that. But donât go to a group of tron users and fans, and tell them their character is lame and didnât deserve to be in this game. That is inexcusably rude.
I hope that whatever characters come out later, make you happy. I personally donât care, because I myself am happy with what Iâve gotten so far. Anyone else will just be icing on the cake. But keep your negativity and rude subjective opinions to yourself, or at least voice them elsewhere.
