for the Cammy fight:
when u play with people who spam Ultra (randomly, and not in a combo) ALWAYS buffer your ultra during the animation of their ultra… you will catch ALL characters (except Zangeif, Seth and El Fuerte) (for seth you have to be careful it only works close range)
there is absolutely no need to block and take chip damage

vega is one of the hardest characters to catch with the ultra. cross up claw dive is the devil.
Also you can counter all characters’ ultras with Rose’s. I think even when you’re in range for zangief’s to work. I saw it in a video somewhere. you just need tight reaction time.
I normally do, but I just didnt remember the timing for when to do the input since it varies from character to character. Also some characters Ultras always seem to win at certain distances, Abel seems to win most of the time, Sagat from point blank and long range (not the middle though) Blanka from point blank etc.
Sagat can be caught from point blank or any other distance… i caught soo many sagats (i will probably make a video of it) … buffer the ultra then release it just a hair after his move starts… (a tiny sec)… the same for Abel… u can catch abel the same way too…
for Blanka… at point blank… dash back then ultra… and you will catch him… or my favorite trick… back dash then EX Soul Throw (i actually learned it here, thanks to CraptacularOne )

Well, I only EX soul threw Blanka out of his ultra because I whiffed the ultra the 1st time I tried it…lol. Now I just do it to piss off the mediocre Blanka’s, the ones that are giving me a run for my money if they leave me this opportunity you can bet they are getting Rose’s ultra instead of her humiliation soul throw…

Rose can catch him EVERY TIME… just delay the execution just a bit…
Abel too… (but i dont want to be redundant here 
) at close range or other distances…
with Abel, even tho Rose can catch him… there is absolute no chip damage involved… its only 1 hit to be safe just block then ultra… (but as i said IT IS POSSIBLE TO CATCH him during his Ultra, same with Sagat)
This is one of the best Rose i’ve seen so far IMO, this will defo help me when maining her, cheers for that!

Saqs is top tier Rose. Evo2K9 MVP, Most Valuable Psychic. Get at him. Or any of the other Rose players going, whatever. Whoever places highest gets to call themselves Best Rose In America for a year. I’m rambling.
