You think MP spark is easier to fadc combo into? That’s contrary to what I believe, but it’s no different in the end I guess. I’ve always felt that lp spark was much easier.
I’m mostly looking at the pushback the medium soul spark gives to Rose. It was a risky bet but the MP Soul Spark at 2:00 followed with the slide she puts her at max range for a cr.lk and provides her safe pressure.
It’s so blatantly obvious to see though. .-.
Exact opposite for me. I could never follow up LP Spark FADC.
That slide was unsafe. Rose only managed to get away with it because Ken was pushing buttons and the slide stuffed his cr.MK.
1 hour of rose vs sim. Facepalm@4:33. u kidden me

Just another reason why I don’t use Ultra 1.
Dat psychic Rose @ 1.57 ! Amazing ! =D
corner: combo into super, hp ST, backdash, j.mk. is an unblockable setup on akuma.
very strict timing tho

Dat first round.
What in the fuck!?
Rose being psychic as fuck.
And I never thought about using Fierce reflect to stop the hasanshu (or whatever it’s called).
I’ve got to use that tomorrow.
ok, at 2:10 what the hell was that bullshit.
did the lp hit ? it sure as hell didn’t but she STILL loses the orbs ?
If Rose techs an opponent’s grab, she loses her orbs.
but not the other way around ? weird mechanic ! thanks for the answer
No problem.
Hmmm, in fact hitbox on reflects are extremely good, shoryuken-like at startup. So good that I thought I could use the H-reflect as an anti-air.
The only problem is their startup, which is quite slow for aa… or for reacting to hasanchus. You’ll see by yourself. =)
That’s good to know. That ultra can be one of the best in the game, but is quite fragile sometimes. =)
I usw H reflect as an anti air as well, (whenever I don’t want to cr fierce)
But, when he H reflecteded Chun’s fireball, he not only reflected the ball, but stopped chun li from jumping, as well as forcing chun to block.
I thought it was clever, but then again, I’m slow on uptakes.

I see three things to retain from that :
— U2 fMK cHP H-reflect FADC STh : awesome damage on that and shouldn’t be that hard to pull. Nice technology, and it seems to do a little bit more damage than cHP H-reflect FADC U2 STh (444 vs 414).
— Hazan shu can be stuffed by lights
— There is no crossing-up against EX spinning bird
Nice fight anyway. =)
Ahhh, my bad, i thought you meant using the H-reflect by itself (hitting directly). Of course, H-reflecting a projectile can OS jumps as well as following attacks, although opponent may have enough time to pass reflected projectile sometimes. But that’s interesting indeed. ^^
