I heard about this issue, it happens mostly on PSN, that’s what I know, I think there is nothing you can do about it.
And It’s a shame that capcom still doensnt’ fix this old problem. 
first, i never in my life played COD and i couldnt give more fucks about shooters than i do right now…
second, i also dont give a fuck about points all i wanted to know is if that hapened to some1 else and why

Not happening on GFWL, I get pp and bp ranked up and down normally.
