According to the front page this game is on sale.
When I go to the PS Store all I get is this:

What is this? Wasn’t there a digital release?
Different geographical regions have different titles on available.
You could be in a area where Capcom and Sony decided not to release a digital version

Also if you read d3v’s post on the front page, It is the DLC that is on SALE not the Full Game.
