How is the community in this game? Is it very active on PSN? I have been wanting to pick up a new game and this game has always interested me. Also how is the online? Is it pretty good?
Netplay is GGPO and therefore fantastic. Player activity has picked up a lot lately, there are almost always 1-3 unranked rooms up and I haven’t waited for more than a minute or two for a ranked match in a long time. Things will likely pick up even more as we approach EVO and Squigly this summer.

The PSN matchmaking thread on Skullheart is pretty active, but at the very least you can always go to the IRC chat and ask if anyone wants to play if you really can’t find anyone. But, as Mattavist said in the previous post, there are almost always some rooms open.
