For my birth day I will most likely get a ps3. When I do and I buy a import game sense the games are region free won’t the patches for the game be region free? Or would I have to get the patch off a Japaneses Internet?

Does anyone know if anything was censored in blazblue or kof xii? I only ask this because I have heard of the region chip in the ps3. The US always censors something like they did in Kof 2002 taking away Leona Heidern’s gun in her super move.
