i hope i post in the right forums…when SSF4 was released i was getting perfect connection. now…when i do find a player with 2 bars its still laggy. last night i forward port the ports i needed and i still have lag issues. only when i play somebody someone direct on my friends list that live in austin the game is stable. i called ATT and they said my connection is fine. im running 6mb service…im the ONLY one in the house using the internet…and this is driving me insane…any suggestions?
Not really a whole lot you can do. I imagine that, when the game was released, there were a LOT more people playing than there are now, which probably meant a lot more good connections. Now that the game has been out, the amount of people are thinning down, making it a little harder to get a stable connection. Just a theory. If you’ve forwarded the appropriate ports to your PS3, there’s pretty much nothing more you can do. The rest of it depends on the other person and PSN itself.
