I searched a bunch but the good ones are too tall/wide because a ps3 case is shorter than a DVD case. Have you thought about book ends or similar?
Simplest solution is to break up with her.
Yeah actually… it seems that’s really the only viable option at this point. Stupid PS3 cases, shorter than DVD and fatter than Blu-Ray…

It’s about maximizing desk space. I went with the riser to shove the PS3 under, now the PS3 does not take any additional footprint.
You can probably take a look at my setup, which isn’t small, and figure out some things to do. I particularly like that I can move my keyboard up from the keyboard tray and use the tray for my fightstick. 360 on the left, ps3 on the right, controllers under the monitor stand, modem/router under the stand, HDMI/audio switch on the shelf and game storage (for stuff I’ve recently been playing) on the shelf.
Well from the picture and lighting, it is a bit hard to depict what exactly is going on.
Yeah we basically arrived at the same result… lots of risers. I wish I had that much physical space though /jealous.
Now that I see it on my crappy work monitor I see what you’re saying. Looks fine on my 27" HP 2560x1440 IPS… haha. Basically its a riser that almost perfectly fits the PS3 underneath.
