I just got 6xorange and 1xgreen PS-14-K buttons from the most recent shipment and a few seem to stick if pushed with pressure not coming from directly down on the plunger. I am pretty sure the plastic around the edges of the plunger has just a slight rough edge to it so I may just use a bit of very fine sandpaper to file it down a bit. Has anyone experienced this before on a PS-14-K?

NOPE NEVER.
have you tried swapping plungers with another button. one may fit better then the other. also check the switch. it may be the culprit.
90% of the time it is.
Fixed it. There was a super small lip on the edge of the plunger causing it to snag when pushed at an angle. Used the finest sandpaper I could find (180) and just worked on it for like 30 seconds, no more sticking. It’s strange though because I bought 7 of them in two different colors and about half of them all have like this little edge on the plunger. Oh well, cheap easy fix.

I just checked three of our colors we just got in and didn’t find any problems, (actually I tested orange and green) Anyway to take a picture of where this was so I can double check! We are excited to have something in that would allow for Sanwa micros in translucents and that didn’t require drilling a button to install lighting…
